People know management is subject of higher education, with
laws and fundamental, set of principal to follow many imagine it’s a hard core
education degree for that you may need to study different books and waste a lot
time in library. Well in reality it’s not like that, every human in this world
is the student of management either he studies or not. No matter what you are
housewife, student, a mechanic, and shopkeeper or shop owner we all are
managers at a level and we all do management in all day and all life process.
I know reading my 1st paragraph will bring you to
one question, how we are manager? We have a very basic image of manger like a
person suited in office dress, very strict in behavior who doesn’t like to
enjoy and have fun, who always works and remain serious in behavior. That is a
total wrong image about a manager trusts me. Let’s start with basic
information, who is manager? A manager is a person who carries some responsibly
of particular work he/assigned. What managers do? A manger is a person who
manages things that came under his/her supervision.
To elaborate more we go by a simple example let’s talk about
a housewife mother, how she is a manager and what she do? A woman who is house wife and a mother has
lots of responsibility on her shoulders. She keep record and track of all
things , like how much monthly budget her husband brings, in that she had to
manage all things from kitchen to home, grocery to fruit, vegetables, meat all
stuff. Then she manages all expenses like bill for electricity, land line, gas,
water other expense like furniture and fixture. Shopping like clothing for
herself, her kid and husband, and after this entire expenses track she tries
her best to save money for the future and unplanned things.
The above mentioned
are her skills of managing accounts and budget, all companies, firm’s appoints
highly educated persons for these job so they can plan and control all budget
and expenses. Yet a mother a house wife does all these things daily in her life.
Let’s talk about other stuff. Preparing food, washing and iron clothes, keeping
house clean and beautiful these are the managerial task a lady do every day. Taking
kids to school for study or park or cinema for fun, preparing food and all
stuff for parties and celebration at home managing all this stuff makes them a
perfect example for any normal person who do job in a firm or a bank.
Management is a great part of every person life’s we all do
many tasks in daily life but we never consider that those all came under
management book. So the key of management(interim management provider) is be innovative and get they ways to
work with less effort and get maximum result from it. That makes you a
remarkable manager, so best way is to observe people around you and be focus
towards your goal. You never know when you can come with a brilliant idea that
changes your life.
